We had the opportunity to engage Develos in a larger projects. We had a short timeline and loosely defined requirements. While this isn’t the best scenario for any team, we were able to complete the project on-time and on-budget. We had minimal time to review the code produced by the team until after the project. After a thorough examination, we found the structure to well done. It follows common standards and practices. It also implemented much needed features in a well maintainable format.

As with any team, good project management skills and tracking requirements is a must. Usability testing is also important with any application. With Develos, they were flexible in the event we had to change the design for usability. In general, they met their estimates and there were no issues with deliverables.
